7.3.4 Crop monitoring pilot project for a sample of counties
Based on the results of the HARSP R+TD Programme, real time experimental crop monitoring will be done in 6 counties in 1997. The project is going to be implemented in close cooperation with the MoA present information network. The delivery of information on crop monitoring partially in accordance with the MERA95 program will be provided. to MoA in harmony with the existing information calendar. Performance evaluation will be done by the end users in MoA.
