The theme of the competition was "Many nations, one world" and a total of 128 works were submitted from 29 countries of three continents (America, Asia and Europe).

The Judging Committee was formed by: Elri Liebenberg (South Africa), Pilar Sánchez (Spain), Temenoujka Bandrova (Bulgaria), Regina Araujo de Almeida (Brazil) and chaired by Jesús Reyes Nunez (Hungary).
